A homeowner may find your organization through our HUD counselor finder or during a Short-Sale.com conversation when housing counseling appears relevant to their situation.
HUD counseling organizations are sourced from HUD-authoritative directory information. Our search may show the nearest eligible offices based on geography and relevant services. The homeowner chooses whether to call, visit a website, or request directions.
Being displayed does not mean that HUD or the organization endorses Short-Sale.com. It also does not mean there is a partnership, paid placement, or commercial relationship.
Other professional connections may use different eligibility, consent, and relationship rules. Those connections are separate from neutral HUD counseling results.
The homeowner stays in control
