Transferor Servicer
For Transfers of Servicing, the Transferor Servicer is the Servicer that assigns, or proposes to assign, the Servicing Contract Rights pertaining to a Transfer of Servicing, provided that the Transferor Servicer shall remain liable for any and all related Seller and Servicer liability owed to Freddie Mac as of the Effective Date of Transfer.
