Supers Offering Circular

The Supers Offering Circular is the offering circular in effect on the Date of Seller’s Offer that relates to the Mortgage being Giant MBS and Other Pass-Through Certificates. Each Supers Offering Circular incorporates any amendments or supplements to that offering circular, as well as supplements to the UMBS/MBS Offering Circular for each underlying UMBS, in effect on the Date of Seller’s Offer.
