Secured Party
A lender, administrative agent, indenture trustee or other entity which facilitates an Advance Financing or Servicing Contract Rights Financing to a Servicer pursuant to Section 9701.5(c) or 1101.2, respectively, as identified in a Consent Agreement or Acknowledgment Agreement, and any modifications, supplements or amendments to the same.
