Secondary Market Advisor

A third-party vendor, also known as an SMA, that performs secondary market services on behalf of a Seller. An SMA must be authorized as a Selling Agent under Section 2403.2(a) to perform duties on behalf of the Seller in Loan Selling Advisor®.
