Private Savings Club

A Private Savings Club refers to a non-traditional method of saving by making deposits into a member-managed resource pool. Projected Life Expectancy Property Charges (applicable to HECMs only) pay property taxes, Hazard Insurance, and Flood Insurance, if applicable, based on the life expectancy of the youngest Borrower.
