For Custodial Accounts, Principal and Interest Payments include all of the following: Freddie Mac's share of Principal and Interest Payments on all of our Mortgages whether received from the Borrower, applied from the buydown account or advanced by the Servicer Principal curtailments Payoff proceeds including short sale and third-party foreclosure sale proceeds Prepayment premiums if applicable Amounts for other billings assessed by Freddie Mac Biweekly payments that require biweekly amortization based on Note terms All monies owed as a result of Mortgage repurchases that are payable by the Servicer to Freddie Mac due to Freddie Mac's ownership interest in the Borrower's Mortgage
