Maximum Annual Mortgage Purchase Amount

The Maximum Annual Mortgage Purchase Amount is the maximum aggregate dollar amount of Home Mortgages that Freddie Mac will purchase from a Seller in any calendar year. The Maximum Annual Mortgage Purchase Amount applies only to those Sellers for whom such a limit has been established pursuant to Section 1201.4. (The Maximum Annual Mortgage Purchase Amount does not apply to purchases of Multifamily Mortgages by Freddie Mac.)
