Grass Cuts are the Property P&P actions of mowing, weeding, edge trimming, sweeping of all paved areas, and removing all lawn clippings, related cuttings, and debris. Grossing Up Grossing Up refers to the process of adjusting tax-exempt income upward by the effective tax rate to compute an equivalent taxable income amount.
