Footprint Sketch

A footprint sketch must be software-generated (not hand drawn) and include the following: all exterior walls with legible dimensions reported to the nearest tenth of a foot, all levels of the dwelling, and the calculations that demonstrate how the square footage(s) was derived. A separate footprint sketch that includes legible exterior dimensions reported to the nearest tenth of a foot and room labels must be provided for each additional structure.
