Existing Construction
Existing Construction refers to a Property that has been 100 percent complete for over one year or has been completed for less than one year and was previously occupied. For Condominium Projects, all phases must have been 100 percent complete for over one year. Existing Construction for Manufactured Housing (applicable to Title II only) Existing Construction for Manufactured Housing refers to a Manufactured Home that has been permanently installed on a site for one year or more prior to the case number assignment date.
