Designated Custodian

The Designated Custodian is a Document Custodian with which Freddie Mac has contracted to provide custodial services for Seller/Servicers. The Designated Custodians are Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. and Computershare Trust Company, N.A. Freddie Mac has verified that each Designated Custodian meets the eligibility requirements for Document Custodians set forth in Section 2202.1(b).
