For each Cooperative Project, the documents that are enforceable by the Cooperative Corporation and pertain to the following: Formation of the Cooperative Project Rights and limitations of the sponsor/developer Mortgagee rights Operation and governance of the Cooperative Corporation Insurance coverage, assessments, fees, rules, regulations and rights of Shareholders The Cooperative Project Documents include but are not limited to the bylaws, articles of incorporation, and other governing documents, and recorded agreements, and public offering statement or offering plan, purchase agreement and similar documents.
