Consent Agreement
The agreement entered into by and among Freddie Mac, Servicer and Secured Party pursuant to which Freddie Mac gives its consent to an Advance Financing (as such term is defined in Exhibit 103) as set forth in Section 9701.5(c) and Exhibit 103, and any modifications, supplements or amendments to the same.
