Completion Date

For CHOICERenovation Mortgages, the date when the renovations to the Mortgaged Premises must be complete.® Concurrent Transfer of Servicing Freddie Mac's purchase of a Mortgage on the Settlement Date. For the sake of convenience, the Seller may be referred to as the "Transferor Servicer" and the Servicer may be referred to as the "Transferee Servicer." In each instance, the Mortgage is delivered for certification to the Servicer's Document Custodian.
