The Book-Entry Rules are the provisions in effect from time to time that Set forth the terms and conditions under which Freddie Mac may issue UMBS®, MBS or ARM PCs in Book-Entry Form Authorize the Federal Reserve Banks to act as Freddie Mac's agents in connection with UMBS, MBS or ARM PCs issued by entries on the books and records of Federal Reserve Banks These rules are contained in Title 1, Part 462 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
