Acknowledgment Agreement
The agreement entered into by and among Freddie Mac, Servicer and Secured Party pursuant to which Freddie Mac gives its consent to a Servicing Contract Rights Financing as set forth in Section 1101.2(c)(iii) and Exhibits 33A, 33B, 33C or 33D (as applicable), and any modifications, supplements or amendments to the same.
