For ARMs, the 11th District COFI is the monthly average cost of savings, borrowings and advances of the members of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (the "Bank"), as made available by the Bank. 11th District COFI ARMs are not eligible for sale to Freddie Mac.
