Closing Disclosure

Closing Disclosure refers to a form containing the final statement of loan terms and closing costs that is required under the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule. Combination Inspector (CI) Combination Inspector (CI) or Residential Combination Inspector (RCI) refers to an inspector Combination Loan (applicable to Title I only) Combination Loan refers to a Loan made for the purchase or refinancing in a single transaction of a Manufactured Home and a manufactured home lot, and may also include a garage, patio, carport, or other comparable appurtenance.
